Home Visits and Medication Reviews

A clinic pharmacist will help ensure that all your medications are contributing to your optimal health. A medication review can be schedules at the pharmacy, hospital or in the comfort of your own home. Medication reviews and home visits are currently provided complimentary to our customers.

A medication review will:

• Inform you of the medications you are taking and why you are taking them.
• Identify if any drug interactions are present
• Ensure over the counter medications and herbal products you are taking are safe with your other medications
• Teach how to properly use medication and medical devices
• Potentially eliminate any unnecessary medications and reduce costs

Under your supervision and approval, we will discuss your medication review with your physician, home care nurse, diabetic educator, or family caregivers.
