Myles Haverluck
I have been with the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team since July 1979. Some of my extra training includes becoming a Certified Orthotic Fitter in 1983 and becoming a Certified Asthma Educator in 1999. I have a special interest in specialized custom compounding and took a
Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) course in Houston, Texas to up grade my skills in 2001. Since that time the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy has been a member of PCCA.
Lorrie Deans
I graduated from the University of Manitoba and worked at the Dauphin General Hospital prior to joining the DCP team in 1986. I have taken courses to certify as an orthotic fitter and mastectomy fitter. I have training in custom compounding from PCCA in Houston. My current focus is in the medication bubble packing and prefilled syringe department.
Pat Lamborn
I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BSP (pharmacy degree) in 1981. I have held a pharmacist license in all 4 Western Provinces. I have worked in several private and chain pharmacies as well as in a hospital setting. I joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team in 1996 and received extra training in specialized custom compounding in 2001.
Trevor Shewfelt
I graduated from the University of Manitoba and joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team in 1997. I have a special interest in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Compounding. I also received my Certified Asthma Educator certificate in 1999.
Carla Strang
I graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Pharmacy in 1989. I worked as a pharmacist for 2 years in Winnipeg and then 1 year at the Dauphin General Hospital before joining the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Team. I have taken courses to certify as an orthotic fitter and a mastectomy fitter. I most recently took a specialized course in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Jennifer Johnson
I graduated from the University of Manitoba in May 2001 with my Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. I joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Team in 2002. I have taken specialty training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement.
Kari Hanneson
I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science and Pharmacy degree in 2002. I joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team in 2004. I obtained specialized training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy in November of 2004.
Sara Watson
I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. I moved back to my home town of Dauphin to join the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Team in June 2006. I have successfully completed the Manitoba Lung Association Asthma Educator Program.
